Cherry red with pink rim. Appears quite strongly toasted on the nose, but the palate is a little more forthcoming, offering a fruit combination of cherries and raspberries against an almost sweet background of caramel and bitter chocolate. Still a little raw at this stage, but with the promise of elegance.
