Medium depth, cherry hue, ruby rim. Generous fragrance of cherry and a hint of eau-de-vie belie the challenge of the 2014 vintage, smoky and spicy nuances add complexity to the nose. The Gärkammer also impresses on the palate with supple fruit, juicy acidity and a firm structure. Ripe tannins are present and tactile, but not too harsh.
