The Doctor is famous for the generous slate content of its soil, which you can not only see but also smell, expressed by a fine fumy scent, yet even more so by the pungent aroma of blackcurrant blossom. Gentle aromas of lavender, rosemary and thyme round off a valid fragrant performance, before a salty piquancy brings back the cool effect of minerality and adds bite to the finish.
