Once again very concentrated colour, like olive oil. This probably equates to an Auslese trocken, with more buttery and hazelnutty aromas than the Spätlese. Apple, quince and orange completing the fragrance. Amazingly rich texture, generous in fruit, well-contrasted by notions of hazelnut and quinine minerality. Monumental.
