It seems that with his home-village Grosses Gewächs, Tim Fröhlich still immerses himself a little more in the exploration of the effects of natural yeasts, which in 2015 has led to a firework of minty aromas. Green, pure and fresh on the palate, the sappy mint leaves are generous enough to let salty minerality get a little look-in. A touch more herbaceous and possibly a tad softer than some of its rocky siblings
