Deep orangey gold. Intense and complex nose that combines sour quince and sweet apricot but also the merest hint of smoky herbs. Outstanding richness and yet the lift of fresh orange juice even though the texture is so rich. Opens to wild herbal, gently smoky quality that reveals the site. Leaves your mouth coated with zest and sweetness but without any cloying on the end thanks to the outrageous acidity.
