One very remarkable aspect of Clemens Busch's Grosse Gewächse is the almost golden hue even in in their infancy. It transmits that sense of great concentration. In 2010 the spontaneous fermentation aromas do not appear as pronounced, leaving room for a wonderful vinous expression. Despite the presence of an honest and sound acidity, the palate has a mellow appeal already, and generous aromas of grapefruit, lime and a slightly salty minerality form a harmonious partnership. Outstanding!
