A slightly medicinal scent may reflect a tad of sulphur, which should be no problem with a bit of decanting. The palate features an interesting combination of orange, citrus peel and tonic, giving the full body and rich texture of the Weiss Erd a gently bitter edge. Elegant, and with fair length.
