The nose indicates that the Berg Rottland has spent a little time in barrel. The sweet vanilla and mandarin fragrance is delivered in the most tasteful way, yet with the natural sweet scent of ripe fruit it results in an almost exotic nose. The palate does its best to counteract this exuberance with a juicy contribution of stone fruit and an earthy dash of minerality.
