Old-school, green, vegetal aromas of spontaneous fermentation clear the nostrils, but with a penetrating, minty freshness one cannot object to. On the palate, cape gooseberries and grapefruit hit a more conciliatory note, but flattery is dispensed with in favour of substance. High-voltage Wehlener Sonnenuhr with a crunchy edge, which will need a little time to become more approachable.
